This module helps measure performance against goals set. Catalyst provides a OKR concept where goals can be set keeping in mind the organization goals and objective. Options are available to set self goals or goals being set by the management. The system converts performance into scores through algorithms. Further, real time dashboards and reports are generated for further analysis. Catalyst team also supports basis client needs to set SMART goals either in MBO or BSC formats.
